Phase one: on October 2019, Exofor conducted piling work, utilizing micro piles to strengthen the structural foundation of Tower 1 within the fourteen-tower project. Phase two: On May 2021, Exofor provided and installed a wastewater treatment plant serving both towers, utilizing MBBR technology with a capacity of 90m³/day. Phase three: Exowater installed a distribution system for both towers, featuring pressure reducers for 160 apartments and individual pump systems for penthouses. Controlled by soft start panels and pressure tanks.
